    About the role

    As Sales Manager, you will directly report to the Head of Operations, spearheading the discovery, cultivation, and successful closure of lucrative deals for our company. This role promises a dynamic environment that will both test your abilities and foster your growth, offering meaningful responsibilities from day one. You'll engage closely with senior management, ensuring your ideas are valued and heard.

    Their ideal you

    • Fluent in English with over 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Affiliate Marketing.
    • Deep expertise in various traffic types and their impact on product performance, with proficiency in CPA, CPL, and CPI business models.
    • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales quotas within fast-paced, quota-driven environments.
    • Proven ability to drive sales initiatives, negotiate profitable partnerships, and consistently achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
    • Experienced with affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise, HasOffers, Cake, or Voluum.
    • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving.
    • Positive demeanor with the ability to influence and persuade others positively.
    • Capable of creating and analyzing reports and tables using Google Sheets and Excel.
    • Skilled in managing, developing, and mentoring junior team members internally.
